Hope you’re doing great. So,this post is going to be a different one. Recently, me and my hubby went to visit Grand canyon. And,words will fall short to describe the beauty of it. We were completely awestruck by this natural wonder in the world.We consider ourselves lucky to experience such scenic beauty.

We started from Phoenix driving north to Sedona, home to the iconic saguaro cactus, then marveled by the desert landscape as we headed to Red Rock country. We took our first pit stop at the largest native American reservation in the United States: the Navajo Nation. Soaked in views of the Little Colorado River Gorge, and stopped at a Navajo trading post that sells items such as Navajo textiles, handmade ceramics and art.We tried native american tribal’s cuisine Navajo Taco and bread which I found similar to our very own Indian bread called kulcha. Winding along Oak Creek Canyon as we experienced the stunning views of the Ponderosa Pine Forest and San Francisco Peaks. Our car climbed up to 6,000 feet (1,800 meters) before we reach our destination in Grand Canyon National Park. Let me first tell you, there are various lookout points in Grand canyon south rim from where you can experience the canyon ranges. We experienced quite a few. We started from desert view watchtower exploring the look out points like Moran Point, Lipan point, Pine creek Vista and Yavapai point etc. En-routed to Grand Canyon Village we visited Hopi house and El Trover hotel. Then, we left the canyon moving towards Oak Creek Canyon and red rock formation natural area. Oak Creek Canyon is a river gorge located in northern Arizona between the cities of Flagstaff and Sedona. The canyon is often described as a smaller cousin of the Grand Canyon because of its scenic beauty. Afterward, continued across the Colorado Plateau as we returned to the Phoenix area.

Today I’ll be sharing my look-book for the day along with some snaps of Grand Canyon. As this was a whole day plan and temperature of canyon remains high during this period of the year, I decided to wear something that is very comfortable yet trendy and chic. I wore a ruffle one shoulder top which is so much in trend these days, paired it with white denim shorts. I accessorized the look by tassel crossbody bag by Micheal Kors and sunglasses from Ray Ban. And last but not the least, for such trip which consists so much hiking you have to comfort your toes. My sport shoes are from Nike which is very much comfortable and stylish for such trips.
