The favorite time of the year is almost here. The air is filled with an intoxicating aroma of Sheuli phool (Night-flowering jasmine), the ultimate autumn fragrance. The pleasant sight of clear blue sky just evokes your senses. When you tremendously miss the shopaholic mob on your city roads,malls.The piled up bamboo poles for pandals make you smile unknowingly. While during your flight landing you get to see the whole light up galaxy at your feet. All of you are almost ready to devour all the sweets and savoury, laugh crazily with your kith and kin,fall in love madly, forgetting all your sorrows and pains for those five days just to live your life all over again.With all these my heart says you are very very near Dugga Maa!!

So, on this very auspicious day of  Mahalaya which marks the start of  Durga Pujo festival, wishing you all “Subha Sharodia”. May this pujo brings you love, prosperity, health and peace.

Coming to my outfit : Featuring this dhakai jamdani saree. This has a running blouse piece with it. But,tried to look traditional on my own way. So, I paired it with phoolkari design blouse which I got tailored as glass sleeve.  The key features of this outfit are two: one is the contrast blouse and the other is Nathni(Nose Pin). I accessorized the look with matte finished golden jhumka ( ear ring ) and our very own Sakha badhano-Pola badhano(Gold plated white-red bangles) .
